Day 6 : So I ate



I was planning to go on a 3 day water fast but circumstances changed. 

We decided to go out that after noon, first to the car wash, next to Nuvali.

This was when I decided to eat.

We ate at Kanin get it.

I remember this dish from Tokyo-Tokyo, its nothing special, just your typical stir-fried mixed veggies.

Your typical Bihon, the pancit they used however, is a little different than the usual, stickier and ticker in my opinion, not bad.

And what Merrienda wouldn't be complete without the classic Lumpiang Prito.

This was my plate, no more, no less.

The first bit hurt me, i drank more water than anything do, i needed to chew a lot.

Overall, it was a good feeling, I wish it felt like that everyday. 

When we went home, a Friend went by and we went walking, good thing I ate, I had something to burn then haha.

Day 4... 5... and a half... : Nothing But Water.

I was doing a thing they called water fasting. So nothing but water.

This wasn't planned, I just didn't have appetite the whole day the first day so when I was half way through, I decided to go all out on it.

I remember mocking this fast by jogging, but I got dizzy with just a few steps.

Lesson # 1 - DON'T JOG WHEN WATER FASTING 

Sometime between one or the other day, I remember having hallucinations during half awareness.

Lesson # 2 - DRINK BEFORE YOU SLEEP

Everything will start too look like food.

Lesson # 3 - DON'T WATCH COOK SHOWS!!

Good thing Jesus was all over television that everyone got distracted and didn't change channels.

Lesson # 4 -  DON'T DRINK TO MUCH

I remember drinking one to many glasses at a time that it almost felt like I was drowning. Its a strange feeling, so small sips.

Lesson # 5 -  A LITTLE PRAYER WONT HURT

Don't panic. your not going to die (or so i think) have a little faith.

Day 3 : More Temptations



It took forever, but finally, I have time to blog again. Sort of.

Anyway, I started the day with breakfast.

One apple, scrambled eggs and a slice of bread with ketchup on the side

There was nothing to do the whole day, i remember lazing around for hours doing nothing, only feeling hunger when it as near nightfall.

My personal Chef and Nutritionist (Ate Donz) decided to cook din-din. Her classic what-ever-goes-pasta. Surprisingly enough, I liked it.


 Doesn't look like what it claims to be, does it?

Then night came quick, before i knew it, Temptation # 3 unwrapped it's self and jumped inside my mouth. I swear... It's not me! (Oh bugger)
